  • How do I log in to my mycoffeecafe.in account?

    To log in to your mycoffeecafe.in account on a desktop computer, click the person icon in the top righthand corner of your screen.

    To log in to your mycoffeecafe.in account on a mobile device, click the person icon placed next to shopping cart icon in the top righthand corner of your screen. As you scrooll down, the person icon will appear on bottom left of your mobile device.

    Once you are on the login page, please enter the email address and password associated with your account and click 'SIGN IN'. Once logged in, you will be directed to your mycoffeecafe.in Account Dashboard.

    Can't remember your account information? No problem. Simply click the  'FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?' link to reset your password.

  • Do you store my credit card from my account?

    We do not store any credit card information on our web store for one time orders and even for repeated orders. The option to store your card details will be available only on Stripe & Pay u payment gateways. The storing of credit card information will be based on the tokenisation policy laid down by RBI from time to time. For Subscription orders, in future we might store your card information for an uninterrupted subscription services.  


 

  • How do I unsubscribe from your e-mails?

    To unsubscribe from our email list, click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of a mycoffeecafe.in or Erabica Coffee Roasters email. 

    You will need to confirm your opt-out preference by clicking the "Unsubscribe me from your email list. If I place an order, I understand I will still get email updates about my order status", and hitting "Save". If you get the "Miss you already" page, your unsubscribe has been confirmed.

    You can also unsubscribe by logging into your mycoffeecafe.in account.

    Please allow up to 5  to 7 business working days for your unsubscribe to be processed.

  • Why is my address not being accepted?

    Please confirm that your address with proper Pincode is entered correctly. If it is and you are still seeing the error message, please reach out to our Coffemoji Customer First Team and we will happily assist you.   • Does creating an account at mycoffeecafe.in has any advantage?

    Yes, there are numerous benefits by creating an account at mycoffeecafe.in. For repeated customers having relationship for a longer duration are elegible for priviledge services and are moved in to an priviledge account. For one time orders, you can check in as Guest.

 

  • Can i get Input Credit if i provide my GSTN?

    Yes, you can claim Input Credit as per Central Government Rules. You need to provide us with your GSTN and this facility shall be avaialble only for B2B Customers with valid GSTN. Retail customers can't avail this facility. However every order you place with us, you shall get an GST based Tax Invoice.
