These quick guides serve as a good place to begin. The coffee grind you use, the coffee you choose, and yes, even the water you use to brew, each of it can alter the taste in the cup. Experiment and Play around with your Hario V60, jot down each brew's result, and find your sweet spot. 

Fold and rinse filter: Fold into cone & rinse 

Measure and grind: Grind 20g as Medium fine. (Experiment with your coffee grind and gram)

Saturate the grounds (Bloom): Start timer & saturate grounds. Pour 30 ml of water.

Pour Continuously: Pour slowly as you can in a continuous spiral every 10-15 seconds.

Remove brewer and enjoy: At 3:00, remove brewer & enjoy.
