Every day millions of coffee bags are filled with freshly roasted beans the world over and some of them carry degaussing or one-way valve. Many of them even name it as a freshness valve. To cut down on the cost, many roasters offer coffee in simply pouches which are sealed in a coffee bag forcing user to empty the bag as soon as they receive and trash the bag in the bin. We also see coffee packed in a patented air tight tins.

In other words, the endurance of freshly roasted coffee bags is restricted till it reaches the hands of coffee lovers and nothing beyond that. With smaller and smaller coffee bags being ordered every day, the planet is trashed with wasteful empty coffee bags.

What is 25?

We went with a modest assumption of average drinking of 1 cup of coffee each day by a single user irrespective of the brew recipe. Let's say the user is drinking double shots of espresso daily and for this 18 gms of coffee beans is consumed daily. To enjoy uninterruptedly 25 shots of fresh espresso shots each day, the user will require 450gms of coffee to enjoy fresh coffee daily. The dumping of bags is reduced without compromising on freshness. We didn’t stop here, our endurance coffee bags are completely re-usable. Racing against Oxidation – The biggest hurdle for storing roasted coffee beans and grinds.

Oxidation is a natural process and none can stop it, but we can reduce its pace of it. We ditched the zippers which allowed the oxygen to enter even if it’s zipped which expedites the oxidation process and replaced it with a unique air-tight cap. The air which is filled inside the bag while disposing of the coffee can now be removed easily from our endurance bag by simply tapping your hands from both sides of the bag and screwing the cap tightly. Our cap guards coffee freshness till your last brew. So next time you order, based on your brew recipe just multiply it by 25 for the exact quantity you need in one go. No worries, our Endurance bag can take up to 22g of single brew recipe. In other words, kudos to our mother Earth. She’s the only one we’ve got.
